So, I've tried logging in using my EA account, and what appears is my old account, then I tried using Facebook, the result is the same, then I also tried playing games, yes, still nothing

Community ManagerIf you had your old account linked, then my guess is still that you're not logging in with the right linked account.
Do you still have the User ID of your missing account? If so, you can reach out to our live support team and they can take a look at restoring your missing progress for you.
