If the rules were broken, which it sounds like they were if hacks were being used, then the ban would be correctly applied. 

However, if you feel there's been some sort of mix-up and you never broke the rules, you can appeal the ban, and our Terms of Service team will investigate things for you.  Use these steps to send in your ban appeal. 🙂

If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

• Open the webform. 
• Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
• Select Submit.
• Then select Email us.

 

Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.

I was playing today's record breaker matches then I decided to forfeit because I was tired and the next thing I saw was this. Can my account be released?

i played record breakers match when score 9 with Cristiano Ronaldo, and after the match i got a message you got suspended for . hour, how can i fix it? and i will get unban 100℅ yes or no?
