I Can’t Leave My League

There’s a issue,I Can not leave my league I am the league owner now and the reward stop at Ragnarok season I can’t kick one player name realisthebest pr transfer ownership to him to and when I tried to leave it say as a owner of the league you have to kick all the members so please fix this issue I miss out on so many rewards since ragnarok season till now league name is world of barca and my account Name is Mark And I’m the league owner, Thank You

    It say error code [200017] when i try to transfer my owner ship to the guy I can’t kick, when i try to kick him it say error code [200011] when i try to demote him it say error code [200011] too
