I cannot enter the game on kick off the game suddenly freezes

Hi! Welcome to our forums. Sorry you're having trouble, especially when you're just getting started with FC Mobile. Here are some steps that could help you resolve this issue. 

1. Completely close FC Mobile.
2. Restart your phone.
3. Make sure FC Mobile is updated from the App Store or Google Play Store.
4. Clear the game's cache (Android)
5. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test the connection.
6. Launch the game again and try Kick Off mode.

I make all the steps, and don’t working. Enter on live march, vs attack or head tot head , go to 100% and don t enter the game
