I cant claim the compensation rewards
I am unable to claim the compensation rewards its in my mail box but the button is greyed

Community ManagerHey there! Just to double-check, are you looking in your actual in-game Inbox section where rewards are delivered, or are you checking the Announcements tab where the update info is displayed? Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
The same thing is happening to me the button is grayed out
