I can't find my players in the squad

This has happened to me twice. Today at 5.00pm I lost my players that were in my substitute 😭 😔I MEED THEM BACK PLZ .I LOST MY 97 OVR MESSI NOW I CAN'T SEE THESE TYPE OF PLAYERS.. PLZ GIVE MY PLAYERS BACK
