I can't log in

When I chose to log in with ea or Facebook I chose the account I want to log in as then it gives me an error message and I try again and it gives me another log in error message and the third ang on time it gives me the 0x00000001 error message

    Hi there. Sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. Please first make sure the date, time, and region settings on your device are set correctly and set to update automatically if possible. Incorrect settings can sometimes cause login and authentication errors.

    After checking that, please try the following:

    1. Close FC Mobile completely and reopen it.
    2. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
    3. Clear the FC Mobile app cache (Android) or reinstall the app if you're on iOS (only if your account was linked before) .
    4. Sign out of and back into the Facebook account you're using (if applicable).
    5. Restart your device and try logging in again.
    6. Test it on another network or device if possible

     

  • I too hv kinda a relatively same problem buh mine says login successful but doesn't switch,😭
