I can't play anything properly

Dear ea developers I have been having this issue for the last couple of week where like I cant play the league matches , events, h2h or even friendlies like when I press the play button on the league it is not even like responding or doing anything it is showing the play button again and again even though I haven't played a single match and also when I start the h2h matches it is not even showing like the time on the screen and the match doesn't start even after waiting soo much time and when I play the events and vsa whenever I complete the match/event it is showing that my wifi is disconnected but it isn't so I thought it was the problem of my device but when I play the game on my another device with the same account it is still having the same issues please fix this asap
