Game freezing and crashing

So recently after the newest update, I have been very frustrated about the freezing and crashing. During matches, it freezed so many times like 1 freeze per 10 seconds and the game got super laggy then crashed. It just got worse that I can’t even log in the game today, like it was just loading for long, the loading icon shown some kinds of freeze and lag too. I don’t know why this happened. I tried to lower the graphic to medium, disabled all the animations and stuff but it still didn’t help. It is completely unplayable for me now. Before the update, the game still worked perfectly, no crashing, no freezing. 
If anyone or supporters read this, please suggest some solutions to this. I really appreciate that.

    Hey grv5npekgmua​. Sorry to hear you're running into this issue with game crashing on your device. 

    here a few troubleshooting steps that may help in this situation. let us know how that goes:

    • Force close FC Mobile completely and relaunch it.
    • Clear the FC Mobile app cache (Android users).
    • Restart your device.
    • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists on a different connection.
    • Make sure both your device OS and FC Mobile are fully updated.
    • If you're able to access the game, temporarily set the graphics quality to Medium or Low.

    If the issue continues, you may want to reinstall FC Mobile. Before doing so, please ensure your account is linked to EA, Facebook, Google, or Apple so your progress is backed up.

    Thanks for ur assistances. After trying all suggestions possible, the problem is still not solved unfortunately. I don’t know what to do anything else. 
    Anyways, I really appreciate y’all helps.

    Could you please provide any estimated timeline for when this issue will be fixed in a future update?

    We have been experiencing this problem since the World Cup update was released and have been patiently waiting for a fix. The issue continues to affect gameplay, especially in Head to Head and Ranked matches.

    Any information regarding the expected fix date or upcoming patch would be greatly appreciated.

    Game is fixed I think so I play very well but still coz of my team ovr I lost the matches very bad game
