Since your account is linked and your progress is safe, I suggest trying a deeper reinstall. Even though you have already tried reinstalling, please try clearing both your game cache and app data completely before downloading it again.
I'd also recommend freeing up some extra storage space on your phone and switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that helps get the game loading. Let me know if you see any progress after trying those!
