I cant purchase anything

Hello,

I have an issue with purchases in FC Mobile.

A long time ago (around 2 years), I bought FC Points but I never received them in the game. Because of that, I got a refund.

Since then, I am unable to make any purchases. I cannot even see prices in the store – I immediately get a "Purchase Failed" error (Support Message: 20005).

This was not my fault because I paid and did not receive the content.

Could you please check my account and remove any purchase restrictions?
