I can't queue into any division rivals matches

I can't queue into any division rivals, after a while, it always show 'matchmaking failed' or a message similar to this. EA could you please fix this, thx?

Note: idk whether it is due to the region or stuff, but I've tried to queue division rivals multiple times per day and all of them resulted in the same matchmaking failed response.
