Hey 👋 ea I'm having trouble signing back in to fc mobile account the problem started because I wanted to make an alts account I wasn't intending to lose my main account the only thing that shows is guest
U emailed to me and told me that it was because I placed a new birth date on my alts account
But u didn't answer me when I asked how to I resolve the problem
Community ManagerHi! If you want to change the date of birth and access the login options again, you’ll need to reinstall FC Mobile on the device. After reinstalling, you should be able to select your date of birth again and then continue to the available sign-in options. Please note that after reinstalling, you may permanently lose access to your guest account.
Alternatively, you can try installing the game on a different device and signing in to your main account there. Just make sure you use the same login method previously linked to your main account.
