I can't use my player

I had used player signing to get Andrea Barzagli but I can't put him in the team lineup, he shows up in my players tap and I can rank him up and did rank him up.

    If you have another Barzagli version in squad, remove him first

    Hi youssefbak2011​ , did removing the other Barzagli version from your squad fix the issue? Are you able to use that item in your lineup now?
