I couldn't write in the league .. for no reason!

I couldn't write in the league for no reason!

Suddenly, without warning, any message I send in the league often turns out like this: (####). Although I didn't do anything wrong, I contacted customer service more than once, but it didn't help. They gave me the same solutions repeatedly, and I've tried them more than once before without any success.

I hope someone in charge at EA sees this comment.
