I didn't recieved my Gems

I didn't recieve my 1500 gems wether I had brought elite monthly supply card where I had only recieved 500 fc points but where are my gems I didn't receive them. Please help me by understanding my problem.

    Hey m75y2upp1387​.  Have you already tried restarting the game and checking your inbox afterwards to see whether your gems have been awarded?
