I didn't recieved my Gems

I didn't recieve my 1500 gems wether I had brought elite monthly supply card where I had only recieved 500 fc points but where are my gems I didn't receive them. Please help me by understanding my problem.

Hey m75y2upp1387. Have you already tried restarting the game and checking your inbox afterwards to see whether your gems have been awarded?
