Hello EA Support Team,

I’m experiencing a severe issue in FC Mobile 26’s Manager Mode. Regardless of my team, formation, or tactics:

Every match I play results in a loss.

Even with full Legends or Bronze players, any attack from the opponent results in a goal.

My team cannot even take a shot on goal.

I have lost 50 consecutive matches without a single draw.

I suspect this may be a bug or glitch in my account or the game’s server connection.

I have tried different formations, tactics, and automatic play, but the issue persists.

Please investigate my account and provide a solution or reset my Manager Mode matches so I can continue playing normally.
