I don't receive my reward

I played the Exploration Camp mode and completed all the missions until the end. I spent a lot of time finishing every task and challenge. However, after completing the mode, I did not receive any rewards. There were no items, points, or prizes added to my account. This was disappointing because I worked hard to finish everything. I hope this problem can be fixed and that I receive my rewards soon.
