I just spent 5000 Extra Time Tokens to redeem a Shard Pick and got a 106 OVR Inferno player Yeray. But when I tried to trade him on the market, I realized he’s untradeable.
Players with OVR between 100–107 are supposed to be tradable, so this shouldn't be happening.
Please fix this issue and provide proper compensation.
The reality is mate that you got a player - you should still be able to exchange that player for 15 million coins in the exchange despite it now being untradable on the market - it is what it is, take the coins and move on

So you want me to absorb their mistake? Selling him in the market should give me at least 40M coins—now you expect me to settle for 15M? The real issue isn’t the coin amount—it’s that I didn’t get what I was supposed to get. This feels like fraud, yet EA is letting it slide, leaving more people to suffer, and they're not compensating for my loss.
If you're still not seeing how serious this is, let me put it this way: it’s like spending thousands on the best seat in a football match, only to be given the cheap nosebleed section. You report it to staff, but they never get back to you. And now some random guy tells you: “Just sit in that cheap seat, you can still watch the game.” Do you realize how frustrating that is?
You didn’t pay money though did you - you exchanged some untradable cards for a chance to get a tradable card that you could convert into coins … you got one, it’s worth 15 million coins.
You are free to rage against the machine all you like … continue to take it up with customer service, but likely they will just tell you that you got a card and that is that … it’s a free mobile game, sometime you have to accept that it is not going to perfect and move on because it’s just not worth the aggravation 😉
