Can't open club

Question

Hello, I have a problem with the Club/My Team feature in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. The Club button is still locked even though my account is already level 11. When I tap on the locked Club button, nothing happens and no requirement or explanation is shown. Could you please check my account and unlock this feature if this is a bug? I have attached a screenshot showing the issue. Thank you.
