I have a massive bug in star scout

Hello. I have a serious issue. On January 14-15, the 'Star Scout' event was unavailable for the last few hours before closing. I had 12,000 tokens saved up, but due to a technical error (server side), the chapter wouldn't open. Now the event is almost  gone, and my tokens may have  can disappear without any compensation or exchange. I have a screenshot of my balance. Please investigate this and provide compensation for my lost progress."

Can you fix or help me or do a compensation i saved them almost 2weeks
