I have a problem with an annoying bug

I tried today to play at the new event called hero chronicles and to start playing u have to press the reveal button, and today for an unknown reason for me it doesn't work and idk why. I tried many ways to make it work but it was all for nothing, i thought its a problem with my touch-screen turn out that's not the problem. Other ls could but not me, my id is MESSI_10 wrote exactly like that. Thanks for the time, have a great day
