In the Achievement Quests section, it says to join a league. I am already in a league, but when I exit the league and enter it again, it does not count the quest. Even though I am in a league, the game thinks I am not in a league. Please help.
It's a known bug that never got fully resolved, some of the aspects have been discussed here:

Your best bet is to raise a ticket with the service desk via the in-game menu.
