I have problem

Hello, I have a connection error in FC Mobile on my Realme 11. When I tap “Touch to Play”, error 0x00000001 appears. The game works on my other phone using the same internet connection. I have already tried clearing the cache, Wi-Fi, mobile data, and restarting the phone. Please help me fix this issue.
