I have the worst pack luck and draft luck

It's RNG at play, one day you get lucky, most of the time you don't get anything until the 100th draft and then you get 116.
A lot of this has been fed back already anyway.

So you are saying to be happy with 1 116 after freaking 100 drafts

I have only a single 116 rated player since TOTY event that to I got it after 100 drafts in a f2p account. You give a better luck or bring back the 3k packs

I said, "This is RNG at play, so you get lucky or you don't", being happy or not is a per-player basis thing.

Store packs have been limited. We had 1 a day, a 3k pack with no guarantee of getting a good card, and the odds are far worse than in unlimited drafts.
The difference with drafts is that you have a pity counter, which does give you the pool A player at the end of the cycle (100 drafts with either 116 or 117 at the moment). Getting 116 after 100 drafts is extremely unlucky, but some people in my league had equally bad luck with a 116 card, but then someone pulled a tradeable 117 Dembele, some had double 117's (same card in one 10-draft combo), so yeah. 
Probabilities can be a blessing for one and a nightmare for another.
