I lost my rewards and gems without using them

I already complained about this bug or error something to fc mobile.i still have the same problem I cannot save my gems if I keeps my gems without using em it s disappearing without opening packs and I lost my league exchange tokens also and once I'didnt got the rewards also idk why its very hard to play divisional rivals also very tough opponents with low rated card and low ovr for example I have bale bale jumping and scoring a header frimpong is defending that no logic is there very big hight difference and divisional rivals was scripted 2 wins 1 draw 3,4 losses this schedule is running all the time.and what is the solution for my lost gems and reward.
