I made a purchase didn't get fc points

I made a purchase of fc points but didn't get the fc points on my fc mobile account order id

    Hi there, and welcome to our forums. Sorry to hear about the trouble with your purchase.
    Please make sure to restart the game and your device, then check your balance again. Purchases can sometimes take even up to 24 hours to process.
    If the points are still missing after 24 hours, contact our Customer Service from the in- game Settings tab, and have your proof of purchase and transaction ID ready.

    For privacy, please don't post your order or payment details publicly.

    Till now no response from ea i purchased fc points and didn't get them
