I purchased micheal owen 115 card with already three ranks from the market. I did not rank up or exchange him. He became untradeable immediately after purchase. Please check my account logs.
You have likely converted him into untradeable via badges. If you still want it checked, you need to raise a ticket via the game. Forums don't have access to players' logs.
