I redeemed the code FCPROSHANGHAI25 but I didn't receive the rewards

When redeem codes was announce in the extra time I encode it in the website the new redeem code and it notified that it sent it to my game, when I open the mail in my inbox in the game THERE WAS NO REWARDS, IT SIMOLY SHOWS THAT EA DOESNT VALUE FREE TO PLAYERS LIKE ME AND SMALL MARKET COUNTRY WHERE I AM BASE, BEEN WAITING ALREADY TOO LONG

I also didn't receive the rewards

Did you get any errors when you redeemed your code? Also, just to check, did you try fully shutting the game down and starting it up again?

Rewards not received inbox even after redeeming the code in same account now it's showing max limit 1 time per user

My ID ARAKAN0000 IS IN FC 25 AND I ENTERED A REDEEM IN THE WEBSITE AND IT CAME SUCCESS AND CAME INTO MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS NOT RECEIVED AND WAITED FOR LONG AND ALSO NOT RECEIVED 

Yesterday i didn't get my weekly vs attack rewards and today i past the redeem code on the redeem code website like always and i got nothing in the inbox.
