When i push first free claim in box, there were not any pack opened and free try changed to 50 fc point. When i reentered the game, the 1000 gem is marked given, bu there is no changes in my gems

The same has happened with me before but I did receive the rewards afterwards. So you didn't receive any reward after re-entering the game?
