Icon chronicles "No Connection Found"

In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Petr cech Icon Chronicles event cannot be progressed, As whenever I win and finish the match it shows me a network error even if i have a proper internet connection. Please EA fix this bug. It is happening after the update.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Every time.

There is a problem with the icon logs event.

What happens when the bug occurs? Says no connection at the end of a chronical game. Twice. Forced to forfeit though won twice.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:48 second time. Shortly before that too

Bug while playing chronicals

AAt the end of the game, twice already winning and it says no connection.

Of course full connection, tried several times via wifi and mobile connection. Was full connection on whatsapp or browser.

I have this same problem. 

Have tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the game. The customer service keeps recommending routine troubleshooting that gets me nowhere

What happens when the bug occurs? I'm on the Roberto Carlos chapter, i only need to finish one more game to get him (I'm in chapter 5) but whenever the game ends (whether i've lost or won) it just shows me the Disconnected screen. It's been like this for a couple of days now.

I have the same thing with Roberto Carlos in the first game of chapter 2. It works for every thing else except for that I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried connecting to different wi fi but nothing EA need to do something about this.

Everytime i complete the 3rd match on chapter 5 of roberto carlos it comes up with a connection error message at the end and gives me the option to retry connection or forfeit match but when you click retry it doesn’t work so it ends up forfeiting the match and has done this 6 times so it is not letting me progress through the chapter
