Have you tried clearing the cache data on your device? Can you log in from another device to test it?
I tried both. No difference.

You can click on anything, or wait as many time you want. You never get rewards
Are you talking about adverts not giving out the expected resources? I have not seen Beyblade mentioned anywhere in FC24 so unless its one of those puzzle ads then you should post the screenshot of where in the game are you seeing it and then how it fails.
