Incompatible to download

Hello EA Support,

I am having a compatibility problem with EA SPORTS FC Mobile 27 on my TECNO POP 9 (KL4).

I was able to play FC Mobile on this phone before, but after the latest update, Google Play Store started saying that my device is incompatible.

My phone runs Android 14 with HiOS 14.0.1 and has a Unisoc T615 processor with 4 GB RAM. I have checked for phone updates, cleared the Google Play Store cache, and restarted my phone, but the problem remains.

Please can you investigate why my device became incompatible after the update and let me know whether support for the TECNO POP 9 can be restored?

Thank you.
