Inexplicable market behaviour

I’ve tried reporting this to support in-game today. My feedback was closed almost instantly with the feedback that I should be patient when selling a player and that I should consider offering the player at a lower price. 

So, like here, also when using support I am completely ignored. My input is not actually read (sorry to say, but that’s an absolute habit of the EA helpdesk; just reply the most generic bits of text, without understanding or even reading the user’s input), and nobody bothers to try to explain why the market behaves oddly and inconsistently for this particular player. 

Remind me: why does EA offer a forum and in-game support? As clearly I’m just ignored consistently. 

Seriously, what the *bleep*! There were literally hunderds of bids on orange rank 117 UTOTY VVD, and then it dropped another 100 million!!

There is literally NO LOGIC WHATSOEVER in this market behaviour on this particular player!

And all EA does is just ignoring me.

Nobody will help you mate. My guess is they saw what they did to market with eliminating tradable players. Then they started messing with some kind of bot market because most cards still get supply which isn't possible. I know only one player that got a tradable 117 so they must be pumping in cards.
