Infinite loading and account selection

Since 17 aprill i was stuck on a loading screen and on the background there is an account selection . My main account is my 120 ovr ea account. I am level 51 and as if today i am still stuck in this loop while the tots event is happenning . Pls ea help me my LB is actually petit
