Issue with duplicate billing and accidental refund request
Hello EA Support team,
My account recently experienced a billing error where I was charged multiple times for a single purchase. Due to confusion and a lack of information, I accidentally requested a refund through the App Store/Google Play Store for the duplicate charges.
I am writing this to clarify that I have NO intention of abusing the refund system. I have kept all the duplicate in-game items (FC Points/Gems) untouched. Please help me review this case, deduct the duplicate items from my account, or let me know how I can repay the balance to keep my account safe.
