Hey adae8d1e0c22e1cf Check your phone settings and make sure the region is set to the UK. If the issue persists, try loading the page in a different web browser or switch to the desktop site version.

Hi my phone settings are all ok, I’ll try loading it on a desktop to see if that works if not I’ll get back in touch.

Clearing the cache data or trying another web browser may help in this case. Please let us know how it goes when you use the desktop web version.

would it be possible to go into my account manually and edit the region settings as I’m still having trouble and waiting to make a purchase?

If nothing works, and you are playing on a linked account, you could try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I have done this many times and still not working, I was told you could go into my account and change it manually can’t you just do that please?
