Issue with fc mobile webstore

Hi I’m trying to make a purchase on the fc mobile web store, when I sign in it doesn’t allow me access and says my country isn’t supported I’m in the UK,

I have attached a screenshot of the prompt message below

    Hey adae8d1e0c22e1cf​ Check your phone settings and make sure the region is set to the UK. If the issue persists, try loading the page in a different web browser or switch to the desktop site version.

  • Hi my phone settings are all ok, I’ll try loading it on a desktop to see if that works if not I’ll get back in touch.

    Clearing the cache data or trying another web browser may help in this case. Please let us know how it goes when you use the desktop web version.

    would it be possible to go into my account manually and edit the region settings as I’m still having trouble and waiting to make a purchase?

    I have done this many times and still not working, I was told you could go into my account and change it manually can’t you just do that please?
