Issue with Oliver Kahn GK (bug)

Hello EA Support Team,

I’m writing to report an issue with my Oliver Kahn goalkeeper card in FC Mobile 25. I recently upgraded him to 116 OVR, but during matches, he consistently underperforms. For example, in several games, 10 out of 10 shots have scored against him, which does not reflect the stats of a 116 OVR card.

I have worked very hard to collect the fragments for this upgrade, and I am extremely disappointed with the card’s performance. I believe this may be a bug or unexpected behavior, as the card’s diving, reflex, and handling stats should make him perform significantly better.

Could you please investigate this issue and advise if any compensation or fix is possible? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this.
