Issue with Player AI/Unresponsiveness in Matches – Account Review Request

Hi Support Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding a recurring gameplay issue, and I would like you to inspect my account.

Despite having a superior squad compared to my opponents, my players constantly fail to react or chase after the ball during matches. Even when they are clearly in a better position, they stand still, ignore the ball, or act unresponsive.

I have invested a significant amount of money and time into this game to enjoy a competitive experience, but this persistent issue is making the game completely unplayable and frustrating.

Please review my account and check for any script/gameplay anomalies or server synchronization issues affecting my matches. I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.
