Issue with the 11,99€ pack

Hello dear Fc mobile team, I’m very unhappy and frustraded. I purchashed 11,99e pack and I pulled untreadable George Best. Now I can’t exchange it in the exchange section. That was my second G. Best. First pull it was tradable. Game won’t recognize my second untradable G. Best!!! This can’t happen, I’m very frustrated! You can check the payments! I have both G. Bestes still in the reserves!
