Community ManagerHey jukb84lmo01o , this usually happens when the FC Mobile account was originally created in a different country than the Webstore region being used.
Even if your EA Account currently shows the US as the account region, the FC Mobile registration region also needs to match the Webstore location. The Webstore checks the original FC Mobile account region, not just the EA Account country listed on your profile. It is not possible to change the account region after registration.
