Subject: My FC Mobile Account Is Frozen — Request to Unfreeze

Hello EA Support Team,

My name is Javohirbek, and my FC Mobile account (in-game name PRIME) is currently frozen.

When I try to join a league, the game shows the message “You are frozen”, and I cannot participate in any league activities.

I want to clarify that I have never used any mods, cheats, or third-party apps. I always play fairly, so I believe this suspension or freeze might be a system error or misunderstanding.

In-game Name: PRIME

Player ID: removed

Platform: Android

Date issue started: October 23, 2025

Please review my account status and unfreeze it if possible. I really enjoy playing FC Mobile and would appreciate your help resolving this issue.
