Kick off mission can't claim reward

So you need to do 5 quest and then you can claim the main reward such as 10k gems and 20 draft voucher right, but when i did all the quest I can't claim the main reward its just "✓" like i already claim it but I'm not?? Actually before you done with the quest its already "✓" in the main reward. Please... all that's i do was nothing... I work hard to claim the reward but i can't :/
