KICKOFF chapter bug

So i came back to fc mobile during the recent world cup, and the game has changed drastically since 2024. But, that is not what i wanna talk about. The kickoff chapter that rewards 30k gems and 40 draft vouchers says 'completed' and i havent completed it, neither did i get 40 draft vouchers and 30k gems. I've only completed the kickoff chapter in 2024 when my account was created. Please help.
