Kobel 117 OVR card

I've been experiencing bad games with the kobel 117 card, I have him trained and ranked up to the max, but still concedes many many shots and barely saves shots which got me upset, I would like to request fix in the performance of the card and help make him feel like he's and actual 117 card.
