League chat bug

So recently whenever I try to send any message in my league the whole text just becomes a bunch of "#" idk why. At first I thought it might be due to any bad words but later I realised not only bad words but also each word I said we're turning into "#". So I contacted the ea support and had a great conversation with them. So as per their suggestions I am posting this bug here to see if anyone else has same bug too or not. Thanks to the community and hope it would be fixed soon.
