League not receiving player applications

I am the owner of a League, Everton FC ( I am gloreeboy1). For 2 days now we have not received any applications. Before that we would usually receive at least one whole page and up to 2 pages a day. Why has this stopped? Can you please arrange a fix so we receive applicants again. Thanks
