League Tournament issue.

I just played a league tournament game from the league I belong to but, as soon as I finished the game, I received a message that said there was a problem with the data and that it would be marked as a loss. How can I report this? I use an iOS device. 
The game was played today April 23, 2025, at about 3:40 pm Pacific Time.
