Legendary Player Achievement

I have noticed this achievement has been locked, I researched and discovered that you have to get legendary in all divisional rival matches, but I have and it hasn’t unlocked

Please Fix This Bug

    I have even signed out of my Game Center and signed back in, played some divisional rival matches to reset it, but nothing changed.
