Re: Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem in FC Mobile with Star Signings. Some of my players are marked as “In Lineup,” even though they are not in my starting lineup or on my substitutes bench. I only have one lineup, and I have already restarted the game, but the problem is still there.

Because of this issue, I cannot release these players to get my Star Signings tokens back.

Could you please help me fix this problem?
